I don't think, I just bleed
Trying to pay homage that came long before
The way Wu Tang was bigger than all those before
I'm not just talking about in numbers
It was the unity, the way the never doubted each other just rang true to me
In a world where most watch out for themselves
I saw the most hated always walk together
It was never for the wealth, always kept it simple
They just spoke so fast I couldn't quite figure
Spitting on the mic, I used to pretend I was Eminem
Losing myself in a verse time after time
I didn't even care if I rhymed
I just wanted to talk to anything or anyone that listened
When I looked in the mirror I saw a certain glisten
The same the sparkled in every young writer's life
Hoping you can make big, do right and get high
With the OG's you looked up to all the time
